Understanding The Synchronized Jacking Equipment

Synchronized jacking equipment uses different input sensors to control lowering, lifting, positioning and weighing of structures that are heavy no matter their distribution of weight and with facilities that are able to monitor in real time. This system makes it possible for the interlinking of electronic instrumentation as a single circuit to control system and this makes it possible for the system that is controlled by computer to monitor the movement of every jack using stroke sensors while loading with the pressure transducers. The solenoid valves are able to provide jack control while offering equal lowering and lifting no matter the load with every jack. The control system can even be adapted in a manner that will enable it to use the tilt sensors, linear variable digital transducers and laser leveling detectors.

Application

After the successful completion of the fabrication of high tonnage cylinders, the finished tank will need to be lowered from the working height to the pad. Though the tank will not have any liquid, it will require to be lowered at the support point in an uniform and precise manner so as to avoid distortion or unnecessary stress.

Why Synchronization is Important

The square drive torque wrench is usually used by tank fabricators in manufacturing facilities. Towards the completion of the fabrication process, the tank will need to be lowered in an uniform manner from the height of approximately 4 foot that is used in the fabrication process. The lowering of the tank will continue in a smooth manner as a result of the synchronous lifting system that makes use of position sensors. Like they are usually configured for the job, the system makes use of 4 jacks which is accompanied by the pressure valve, solenoid valve, flow control valve and the position sensor.
